I’ve been coming here for years and even followed my nurse practitioner here unfortunately the head honcho in the place is rude and disrespectful. I brought my emotional support animal in w me multiple times and they’ve never said anything. I show up after talking to the staff FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES to confirm my appointments etc and nothing was said to me then about bringing my emotional support animal with me, this time when I show up I’m told that I traumatized a child and asked if my animal was emotional support or if they’re a registered service animal (which is against the law to ask I’m 90% sure) AND I cannot bring my emotional support animal back w me then I’m asked to leave my dog IN THE CAR or sit in a back room. If it wasn’t for loving my nurse practitioner so much and not trusting others w my care I would not return here EVER. The front of the office and even the back is as respectful and loving as my nurse practitioner but the head lady needs to be humbled

Spoiler alert - this review is for Community Health Care and not the doctors/staff at this location. Dr. Duggan and the other people I've interacted with here are wonderful. Community Health Care however has become like every other allopathic system provider (i.e. terrible). I had an office visit scheduled for today. Once again, I received so many notifications and reminders (at least 5-6) it was ridiculous. They should give people who have a 100% record of showing up on time a way to opt out of most of those notifications. (Seriously, if you are sending out more reminders each year and are still having problems with people remembering appointments, then may "more of same" isn't the answer?!) I arrived at the office well ahead of my appointment time. I filled out a bunch of new paperwork, and was told that since I am "self pay" I would need to pay for the visit UP FRONT. I've been going to this practice for years, and there has never been an issue with paying them. The last time I remember experiencing something like this was at an emergency vet, where they demanded to run my Visa card before looking at my dog (who was gasping for air.) Dr. Duggan and the staff are amazing. Dr. Duggan takes the time to find the problem and provides the best treatment. This is a wonderful facility and very professional staff.

Sara and the staff at the North Canton location are always phenomenal! Always very welcoming, listening to any issues and planning a course of treatment that fits your needs. Highly recommend!

If I could honestly give zero stars that would be it. I picked this clinic based off how well everyone reviewed this clinic. Dr. Keith is who I see at this place, I was called regarding a low lab alert and advised to go to ER, I told the nurse who called that I was sick previously getting over a cold she stated she would let the doctor know and get back to me regarding next steps, never heard back. I called and was transferred to a call place and the operator acted like she didn't want to be at work, read the note the nurse put and she mentioned nothing about contacting dr.keith about my condition or even gave me a call back like she said she would. She charted I was called told to go to ER and that was it, when she told me she would call dr keith and then get back to me about what she advises at that point. If you want to listen to workers gossip about patients by all means pick this clinic, I will be looking for a new place beginning of the year, I don't recommend this place whatsoever.
